The mechanical machining of aluminium castings requires a specific approach. Because of the great freedom of shape of castings, only product-specific clamping tools are used.
FULLY AUTOMATED MACHINING CENTRES
Our fully automated CNC machining centres and CNC lathes are used for precise machining, for large series or for multiple operations. In the case of very large series, specific machining devices are often developed, such as carousels with multi-spindle machining units. Automation has been implemented to such an extent that the labour cost component is greatly reduced.
Machine Park
- Chiron CNC machines, equipped with a double spindle and indexing table. Because of this, these machines guarantee an extra high output.
- Fanuc CNC machines, equipped with a 4th axis and equipped with robotized infeed / outfeed. Due to fast setp-up times we are extremely flexible.
- Daewoo CNC lathe, also equipped with automated infeed/outfeed.
