Gear box with casted bearing housing for Ridder Drive Systems
In close cooperation with Ridder Drive Systems, Rena Castings has developed a housing in which fits for bearings and oil seals are cast without further CNC finishing.
In an intensive development process together with the customer, a technically high-quality component was created, in which many functionalities could be combined.
In this project, the "bearing fits" of the two-piece housing are cast-to-size in one go. As a result, further CNC finishing is no longer necessary, which results in considerable cost savings for our client.
